Please be advised that this event is for YOUTH, BOYS & GIRLS - Ages from 10 to 16
i. Participants MUST register in pairs (same gender) with their tent-mate
ii. Please note that tents and transportation are NOT PROVIDED. Participants are expected to bring their own tents and arrange their own transport to the campsite.
iii. Cancellation notice must be given in writing to us at least 10 working days prior to departure.
iv. Should the trip be POSTPONE by The Organiser due to bad weather or any RULES & REGULATIONS stated by the government prior to the event date, all payment will be REFUNDED within a stipulated time
